Processing time is +/- 3 to 4 business days. Please note that all the items are handmade when ordered so thank you in advance for your patience! I am just one person who makes everything by hand!

♡  SHIPPING ♡

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation through email. Be sure to double-check your spam and junk inbox incase it ended up there. 

Shipping time:

Belgium: 2-5 days
other countries in Europe: 1-2 weeks

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, please allow up to an extra 3 days for shipping. Thank you for your understanding and please stay safe!

If you chose to pick up your parcel you will receive a message/e-mail with the address details and we will communicate further when you're able to come fetch your order. The pick up address is not listed on the website as it is my own home adres and I want to keep my privacy.

♡  DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES ♡

Inneminnemutte is not responsible for any damaged or lost parcels, although we will review the damage and may be able to send a replacement or refund. In that case, please contact us!

If your package is in an access point I will not be paying shipment again if you didn’t pick up your package in time. If the package gets back to me I will either refund you for the products only or you can pay shipment again.

♡  TAXES AND DUTIES ♡

I’m not responsible for the taxes and duties your country charges on packages. 

♡  CANCELLATIONS , RETURNS  AND REFUNDS ♡

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are a small independent business and for now we can not take returns on changed minds because all the items are made when ordered. I do this to waste as few fabric as possible.  Refunds may be applicable under rare and specific circumstances, and will be issued accordingly under the discretion of inneminnemutte.
